    WALKING ON THE HILL TRAILS

    Monty Banks is a farm spread over an area of a total of 20 hectares located in the hills of the Romagna hinterland. In the two farms of Carpineta and Centenara, Sangiovese and Trebbiano grapes are grown. While around the villa there is an olive grove with centenary plants, fruit trees and the project - which will take the long and concrete time of agriculture - to plant first fruits, vegetable gardens and orchards, aromatic herbs that find their right place in the kitchens of the villa and on the restaurant menu.

    GO IN SEARCH OF THE TRUFFLES

    Among the autumn flavors, the truffle is the most precious, sublime product of the forest that we celebrate with a dedicated menu. Strolling through our hills where you can hear only the sounds of nature, away from the city and inhabited centers, you go in search of one of the most particular, mysterious and precious products that the earth can offer: the truffle.

    THE BONSAI GARDEN

    Villa Monty Banks bonsai are all collected in nature and grown in pots. Both inside and outside Villa Monty Banks you can admire a private collection of centenary bonsai. During the year, workshops are held by international artists such as Mark Noelander, bonsai artist that we hosted last September. Throughout the year, the bonsai garden alternates different types of specimens always accompanied by shitakusa which are perennial or spontaneous herbs used to compose the companion element of bonsai.

    PARTICIPATE IN THE HARVEST OF OLIVES

    Our olive groves are located behind Villa Monty Banks due to the land particularly suited to this cultivation. In 2017 there was the first production of oil and about 700 bottles of our "Don Dino" extra virgin olive oil were produced. The oil has hints of almond and herbs, is delicately spicy and has a golden color and greenish reflections.

    YOGA IN THE PARK

    Yoga is balance of the soul, it is the method by which the restless mind is calmed. It is a practice suitable for everyone and aims to eliminate all pain and pain. Practicing yoga in an environment like Villa Monty Banks helps to achieve inner peace and happiness; remain calm in the face of success and failure.
